Behavioral interview with the STAR method. Questions were standard question that you can find online and get prepared for in advance. I interviewed with three different teams of the company, but they all had similar questions.

Interview
I had a phone-interview with two people. It was a set of mostly behavioral questions. They also wanted answers to be in STAR - situation, task, action, result - format. The people I talked to were very pleasant and patient as I took a bit of time thinking what to say for each question. Mainly, the questions were asking about management type responsibilities.

I met them at a career fair and did an on campus interview. The interview was primarily behavioral. I thought it went well but never heard from them, not even a rejection email.
