Le processus est tres simple, rapide et transparent. l entrevue focalise sur la personnalité du candidat plus que son experience. Des questions directes (Nothing unusual just common sense). Il faut donner des exemples pour supporter vos reponses.
It was very brief and straight to the point; it was more about the physical capability of the candidate than the skills they possess. Once that was covered and previous experience was covered, the interview was over.

What kind of heavy lifting can I do, and other various physical-related questions
The process was very fast; they let you know a day or two if you got the job or no. the person that interviewed me was a kind person, he assured me that is not a big deal and that he still have many other persons to interview
