Mainly behavioral and experience based questions. Was asked about my skills in Statistics and Excel, but it was not a deal-breaker. Know why you want to work for PepsiCo, the brands they have, and how you would be a good fit.
It was not too hard of a process, asked basic behavioral questions. it was a couple rounds but nothing tehcnical, wanted to see how you work with conflict and in team settings
It was very connecting, questions werent difficult and it flowed well. The interviewer was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She was younger which matched up with me as I am young as well
