Didn't really get to interview. Took online skill and behavior assessment. Passed both, I presume. Invited in for skills assessment. Failed first test. Box has four tests, and I did not get pass the first test. It was wiring a high voltage motor. sil lines in and six to dummy motor. Only about a third of the lines are labeled, on either side, and it is just a dummy line and neither in or motor is labeled. Dude told me that of over 80 people tested, most don't make through first of four tests, and only about five have made it through all four tests. Oh, and parking is a nightmare - arrive very, very early like 20 minutes or so, as you will probably have to wait for a space.

What parameters to look out for when planning maintenance
The interview process was not organized and I waited an hour or two before I was seen. The original person I was supposed to be interviewed with was at lunch but I was on a lunch break from my job and was expecting it to be about an hour.
Fairly easy question and answer.very relaxed enviroment.the question asked was common scenarios found in a production type enviroment.such how to remove a pillar block bearing and how to reinstall.overall first interview was one the best interviews I've had.
