Firstly the applicant should upload the application including a cover letter and their CV. Immediately after, a message on the phone and an email guide the applicant to answer some questions on an AI platform. Afterwards, the applicant is called to complete a video/ audio interview where there are 6 questions and according to the company it takes 30-45 minutes. Also the applicant has guidelines for each question such as two takes for video or limited time to answer. There is also the capability of taking the interview in your own time, stopping whenever you want and continuing any other time
