Horrible experience - DONT waste your time with these guys! HR & R&D in this company seems to be highly clueless! Didn't seem like they even have set requirements for job openings/clear job description. I had atleast 12+ interviews for multiple roles out of their plano location. No feedback, no follow-ups, even after multiple emails & voicemails I left. Interviewers were lost in the interview, seem to have not even skimmed through my CV.....Very unorganized & hiring mangers were clueless what role they were cosidering me! I have never seen such an unorganized interviewing process, been in the CPG space for 17+ years now! Wasted 6 months of my life & kept coming back with new roles after numerous follow-ups from me. Clueless managers & clueless R&D.
