I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Jul 2022
Interview
Brief phone interview with the Recruiter. Gave brief info on the company and the position. Asked no questions about my skills. Asked questions that required a yes or no answer but nothing specific to the role other than if I understood it was a 40 hour position that may require working late one day but coming in late the next to make up for working late the day before. Remote position however training is to be conducted at a Pepsi location so you have to live close to one. There are 3-4 close to me.

Are you ok with working nights/weekends if needed.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Telephone, TX) in Aug 2022
Interview
The Recruiter was 15 minutes late to our scheduled interview. Not off to a good start.
Then, the recruiter either didn't understand or was unwilling to answer any of the questions I had. She continued to talk over me as though she was reading from a script. It felt like I was talking to someone in a call center rather than a Recruiter for PepsiCo. I also asked if she had taken the time to review my resume because there was no interaction with me as a person. She had no response!
I applied for the Employee Relations Investigator position, which in my understanding would require extensive knowledge of employment law and labor relations. Before the scheduled call time I reviewed the job description, and to my dismay, I discovered that this position has nothing to do with Employee Relations. The title used throughout the description is "HR Coordinator". So in essence, PepsiCo has used a bait and switch technique to get highly qualified candidates to apply for this entry level position.

Question 1
She didn't ask questions. She read from a script. I did ask about the HR Coordinator title that kept appearing in the job description. She said they decided to change the title for the same role.
