Received a email stating I was moving forward and that the next steps would be An introduction, which will include a video about the Warehouse Loader position at PepsiCo Beverages North America.
A hands-on exercise which will last approximately 45 minutes.
An interview which will last approximately 15 minutes. I wore my steel toed boots and was interviewed for almost a full hr by Benjamin, who seemed very happy motivated and informative and caring who clearly knows and loves his job.It went by fast with lots of information and I was able to ask questions and at the end felt like it went very well. I didn’t do the activity and was told it would take up to a week or so to hear back because of how the process is.
Phone Screen from recruiter, video interview, last in person interview , takes about two weeks for hr to reach out about the job. If accepted, background check and drug are required, no thc drug check.
