Assessment Center, had a case study, interview and mechanical test. It did not take any particular order. There were six participants rotating through sections and this was done two at a time, it was a pleasant environment.

The interview process was not organized and I waited an hour or two before I was seen. The original person I was supposed to be interviewed with was at lunch but I was on a lunch break from my job and was expecting it to be about an hour.

Fairly easy question and answer.very relaxed enviroment.the question asked was common scenarios found in a production type enviroment.such how to remove a pillar block bearing and how to reinstall.overall first interview was one the best interviews I've had.
