I got a phone call and it was pretty standard but I felt like all of the questions were super general and basic. Like she didn't ask about my experience at all.
I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Feb 2016
Interview
2 Stage interview, standard interview questions with a emphasis on behavioral/situation style questions. The first round consisted of two separate interviews with HR and Sales staff. The second round was one interview with upper level management. They asked you to prepare a 5 minute presentation about yourself, followed by standard interview questions, more focused on your personality.

Question 1
If one of your largest accounts just told you that they are closing down three of their largest stores, what would you do to ensure you still met the yearly sales target?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Sep 2023
Interview
3 interviews spanning 2-3 months. So long and uncertain hearing back from them. First two went well, got along with the team. Mostly behavioural questions. Final interview stage felt completely disregarded by interviewer, lasted 15 mins max, did not get a clear answer whether I got the job or not. Did not hear back for a month, reached out only to find out the job has been filled. An email update and more clarity would have been nice.
