I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Feb 2016

Interview

After an on-campus interview I went for a ride along and then had two Skype interviews. Also took and online personality test. The ride along was probably meant to scare people off, as it was at 4:30 am and you really got to see how difficult the job is for the people who deliver on routes daily.
