PepsiCo Senior Research and Development Scientist interview questions

Interview process was quick and easy. Applied online, received an interview with HR a week later, interviewed with Direct Manager 2 days after HR interview. I was informed by Manager I should hear something back from HR soon but Manager didn't know how long it would take for them to get back to me. Its been over a month and my Candidate Zone still shows the interview but no other updates. I'm sure I didn't get the position but I would have appreciated an email or update stating so. I know I shouldn't have but I was really excited about the position. I'll still continue to apply as this is the Company I want to work for/with.
