This company was extremely unprofessional. I had a couple interviews that went really well, so well that they were asking if I was open to discussing a bigger role at the company. They said the next step in the process would be to talk to someone specific in the next week. Not only did no one reach back out to get that meeting scheduled but even when I would follow up, there was no response. 100% Ghosted. The level of professionalism was so poor, and being a recruiter for over 10 years I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.

Interview
It was nice and relatively simple. I had plenty of time to ask my own questions. They seemed eager to hire more people which made it feel a little bit more comfortable or at least easier.
