First you get a phone interview... they give you a day for your in person interview... they as you like 10 questions about your work ethic and reason you would want to work for the company...they schedule you for a drug test a couple days out from in person interview... after u pass drug testing... u get a call about your 3 day orientation.. they tell you all about the company during 3 day orientation.. you start working immediately after your orientation.
