I initially went in to an" overview" then was required to apply online by the next day if interested for the position. Then I called HR to schedule an interview, I was interviewed and was given a call back to let me know I was hired the following week.

I applied online. I was intially inverviewed on the phone and was then invited to attend a group interview. All the candiates sat in a room and were questioned about our previous experiences. Then shortly after they pulled individuals one by one for personal interviews. My interview was very easy.
