I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Perrigo (Holland, MI) in May 2024
Interview
It was a smooth process and the company had excellent communication regarding where I stood in the process and always reported back to me about the next steps well within the promised timeframe. The first interview was a basic HR phone screen to discuss qualifications, the company, compensation, etc. A few days later, they invited me to interview over the phone with the hiring manager. This interview was 30 minutes, and I was asked 5 behavioral interview questions. About a week later, they invited me to the panel interview (over Webex) with the HM and 2 additional managers/directors. This interview was 60 minutes long and consisted of about 10 behavioral interview questions and some other standard interview questions. They would occasionally ask a follow up question and allowed me to ask questions about the role at the end of the interview. Everyone was very nice, and I would have loved to have had the chance to work for them.

I applied online. I interviewed at Perrigo in Jul 2011
Interview
Talked with the director on the phone. Met with the hiring manager and director first, the other members of the hiring unit, and a small number of customers of the hiring unit. Everyone asked excellent questions to tease out both my knowledge/skills and my ability to work in the environment. I actually enjoyed the process.
