Interview
1st interview was a 10 minute phone conversation with a screener, which went fine. 2nd interview was an in person interview with an HR specialist. Very robotic in the questions that were asked with no attempt to learn more about me and my experience. Most questions were about how I would respond to specific scenarios. I asked about the next step at the end of the interview and was told they would be in touch with me by the end of the week. Over a week went by without a word from them. I reached out to them and finally received a form email saying they were moving forward with other candidates. If this is how they conduct the interview process, I dodged a bullet by not getting another interview.

Interview
First, the Human Resources Department contacted me for a phone interview consisting of my work experience and background and job requirements; including work schedule, type of work required and vehicle requirements. An interview with the Human Resources Director was scheduled for a few days later. Both people were very courteous and professional. The in person interview was very typical for this type of work including work history, commissions earned, selling style and objection handling and ways to drive traffic.
