The process was easy, quick, and very informative. All of the employees were extremely helpful and nice. The first step of the interview was am online interview, the second part of the interview was in person.

Applied online. I received an email for a career fair. I went to career fair and met with an on-site recruiter. It was a brief meeting maybe 5 minutes and he decided to get me an in-person interview with a recruiter at the corporate office the following day. I met with the recruiter at the corporate office and afterwards she sent me an assessment to complete but also asked if I would be available the following week for a meeting with a division president. I met with the division president in the morning and received a call in the evening saying they would like to have on board.
Overall, everyone was very nice. The meeting with the recruiter at the corporate office and the division president lasted at least an hour each. They asked a lot of questions about my sales experience, how I handled objections, and how I handled phone calls.
