Interview Process was thorough but friendly at the same time. The recruiter asked very specific questions and wanted specific answers with examples. She liked that I had made researched about the company and my answers were accurate when I talked about the company.

The interview process is 4 to 5 steps. You first meet with HR. If they like you will recommend you for a 5 to 7 hour personality profile and math test. After testing for 5 to 7 hours they don't tell you that you will then be interviewed to meet and interview with a licensed physiologist who will evaluate you and give their professional opinion. If you get through the testing you will then meet with who would be your Division President. They will interview you and if they like you they will send you for the final interview with who is typically the highest executive within the company. If they like you then you will be offered a position.
