I was initially phone screen by a HR assistant and lasted for about 15 minutes. A lot of behavioral questions were asked in addition to mainly focusing on my capability to handle high volumes of recruitment duties. I was then asked to come on for an interview the following day with the Recruiting Manager. We spoke for an hour. It was a great interview. A lot of dialogue on both sides and he told me to think about the position and call him back in two days. There were concerns about the distance (40 miles one way) and my salary requirements (my minimum was at the top of the range for the position). He let me know the duties were repetitive and didn't give me the impression there was much room to grow or advance to another position down the road.
