Take the time to get to know you and make sure you're a good fit. Typical interview questions that felt more like conversation versus a script. Tips to people interviewing: Don't let lack of construction experience intimidate you, it's not required. I don't have any and got an offer. Customer service, strong interest in construction, and self-motivated worker is what they are really looking for. ASK QUESTIONS!!

Great process! Was contacted by phone and asked to schedule a time to come into the company headquarters for a face to face interview. She asked a number of questions that catered to the position I was applying for. But asked a few questions out of left field. I guess to see how you react and can think on your feet.
