Before the holidays, I received an email to set up an interview. I reply back with times and patiently waited. After a month of emailing and calling, I was finally able to get in contact with the recruiter. I couldn’t believe I had to set up the interview. During the interview, the recruiter was not looking at the screen majority of the time. I knew my chances of getting an offer was impossible.
