Old school. Very professional environment. Dress in full suit for office or sales professionals. Other than that, typical interview. Interview with HR. If they like you, you will move straight to an interview with the hiring supervisor.

Interview
Very straight forward. Applied online and had a phone interview the next day. A week later, I was asked to come into the corporate office in Houston, TX for a second round interview. The interviewer seemed very disinterested and confused why I was there. The position was for an entry level position, but I guess my background and experience didn't suit their needs. If that were the case, I don't know why I was asked to come in.
