Very unprofessional. The hiring process is a three step interview phase. First is an online screening interview to see if you meet the qualifications and for them to get to know you a little. They told me they would reach back in 4 business days. It took them more than 2 weeks for them to get back to me and that was after I reached out to them. For the second interview it was again virtual and was supposed to be set up that week but got pushed back again by their end. During the interview they asked one thing about my resume and how my experience and education aligns with the role. The role requires 1 year of administration and a high school diploma, which I have 3 years of administration experience and a master’s degree with an emphasis in project management. They told me that this isn’t necessarily a project oriented role. At the end I asked when would I hear back from them to see if I made it to the third round they said 2-3 business days which they didn’t respond within that time frame again. They didn’t proceed with my application because they said my experience does not align with the experience they are looking for. Then the next day proceeded to repost the job. Did some research and found this role has been reposted for months.
