spent an entire day completing and clearing all interview rounds. After the final HR discussion, I received an email requesting me to share my documents, which I submitted promptly. However, shortly after, I was informed that the position had already been filled. This was extremely disappointing and felt like a mock interview process. The lack of transparency and coordination resulted in a complete waste of time for the candidate.
Advice to Management: Please ensure positions are actually open before conducting final rounds and requesting documents. Respect candidates’ time and effort."

I attended two technical interview rounds for the OutSystems Developer role about a month ago and was informed that I had cleared both rounds. After that, I was told they would consult with the Delivery Manager and update me on the next steps. Since I didn’t receive any communication, I followed up after few days and was informed that the position is currently on hold.
