- 1st round telephonic and completely technical. This round includes questions from linux, testing and specially the technology for which I have interviewed (Cloud)
- second round is with director and this round includes technical and salary discussion. This round is to judge your overall understanding about cloud, linux and open source

2 technical 1 hr round And long wait before you get offer Hr are reachable during interview process but not after that. Once you join persistent you will have to find project for yourself.

but before taking a technical interview you need to clear one online test which contain objective questions and coding as well.
