I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Persistent Systems (Calcutta) in Oct 2015
Interview
My application was through College Recruitment. The whole process took a whole day. The first round was a pen and paper algorithm round followed by a few language specific questions. Not very difficult, but one should know the basics to solve the problems. I was also asked a few questions based on my hobbies mentioned in my Resume. The interviewer liked the fact that I played City Building and Strategy games like Cities Skylines and Simcity.
The next round was an easy 1:1 round for me (Easy because my first round went extremely well). The HR round was simple and straight forward as. Questions like- Strengths, weaknesses and relocation.
Overall a pleasant interview and was offered the job.
