I had applied through one of the recruitment agency. Process is quite straight forward :
1. Written test
2. L1 (1st technical).
3. L2 (2nd technical).
In L1 they would scan you all your technical skills that you have mentioned on your resume & for what domain you have applied for.
In L2 there was one senior guy and seems to be tired, so he was just time passing and no mood of selection. He gave 3 programs to write on paper. 7+ yrs, who write the code (even for DS) without google.

They will act like know everything and their tone will be always commanding many useless questions even if you say that is no u have worked on they will keep on asking the question from that area. It look like they do rejection purposefully to select their friends or others.

Tres rondas de entrevista técnica: dos con la compañía y una con el cliente. Desde la primer entrevista noté los focos rojos. El entrevistador atendió la llamada desde un hospital donde había tando ruido de fondo que casi no se podía escuchar lo que hablaba. Debieron agendar a otro entrevistador que sí estuviera disponible. Eso habla muy mal de la compañía en cuanto al balance vida/trabajo.
La segunda entrevista fue una semana después. Nunca me pudieron dar una fecha de entrevista con el cliente con el argumento de que éste no respondía.
Un mes después, el reclutador me consiguió una entrevista para otra vacante con un cliente diferente. Afortunadamente ya no me hicieron repetir las rondas de entrevistas y fui directamente con el cliente.
En esta etapa con el cliente, la postura y la comunicación no verbal del entrevistador indicaba claramente que no quería estar ahí; quizá ya tenían a alguien en mente y estaban en esa entrevista solamente para cumplir con un requisito.
