The process starts with skill screening and followed by technical discussion. Two more technical round and a formality HR round. It takes around 30-45 days to get an offer letter. First round is all about what you did and Second round is all about what they are looking for and the third round is general salary and your overall knowledge discussion.

2 technical 1 hr round And long wait before you get offer Hr are reachable during interview process but not after that. Once you join persistent you will have to find project for yourself.
