Interview process was very well mannered. Candidates hired for three different packages - 4.41, 6.41, 8.41. First round was MCQ round for 60 mins , 60 questions. Questions were based on aptitude, os, oops conceps of c and c++, some of them were on pointers, computer networks, software engineering , testing and data structures. Questions were easy to moderate. Students scoring 31-35 were eligible for 4.41 they were called for interview at there office. students scoring above 35 were eligible for higher package they have to go through a coding round (consisting a moderate code -time given -> 90mins ) after coding there was personal interview to check whether you are best suited candidate for higher package. Personal interview was very good, they evaluated us from all aspects. It was a technical interview covering all topics mentioned above (in mcq topic) afterwards they asked Qs on my strong subject (mine is dbms) . Through this only 5 were shortlisted for higher package. Last interview was at office. The interview was taken by a senior person with 22 years of experience (highly skilled). He was trying to check your thinking process. The best experience one can ever have.
