I got the call from the company HR. There were two technical rounds.First was telephonic screen after that they called for face to face round at Pune Blue ridge office.Though the interview was well and interviewer seemed quite positive in hiring,he even discussed the joing dates and project details but I didn't get any response from them afte so many follow ups.They don't even bother to tell let you know the feedback.very unresponsive hr.

All rounds are pretty specific what I observed
Persistent is known for its tecnical sort of work and it reflects on their interview process.
They will not ask you to write a command rather ask you what is happening in the background of that command.
Yes I did take a whole day to finish the interview process but they have arranged everything at their best like snacks lunch ...
