Interview
*Important:* They hide the fact that even after you get the job letter, your job is not secured. They will ask you to give another exam in a month or two after joining the company and then kick you out if you fail that.
Coming back to the interview....
It is quite detailed and varies based on your level of entry. For college, it can be basic but level upgrades after every level of interview. The initial stage consists of Aptitude Test, Second and Third Stage is of Technical Skills and the final stage is HR. Every stage is elimination round, so you need to qualify each stage to move ahead.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Persistent Systems (Nāgpur, Maharashtra) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was a two-day process. Technical test followed by 2 technical interviews and HR interview.
They generally test your technical knowledge.
Test was online.After qualifying round 1 they call for round 2.
