I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Persistent Systems (Mumbai) in Nov 2020
Interview
There are generally 4 rounds.
1.online Test
2.Technical Round 1
3.Technical Round 2
4.HR Round
The Interview took place on AMCAT'S smartmeet platform.
1st TR round I answered all the questions asked by the interviewer and got selected for TR2.
But In the 2nd TR the interviewer was so much rude. He didnt allow me to give my introduction or project Description. He was disconnecting from interview many times. During the entire 30 min of interview he hardly asked 4 questions to me(which I answered) n then said he has finished. Then I asked him for feedback then he said that you dont know DOTNET or JAVA thats why you are rejected. Other candidates were asked questions only on core subjects in tr2 and they got selected. I think he was only there to reject candidates..
It was the worst Interview experience ever.
So conclusion IF you want to join persistent then start learning DOTNET from 1st year of college.
The interviews are very biased.
