They ask you everything about your profile and they required all the knowledge in one time over call. As per my knowledge you can not explain the software languages like JAVA, C++ and etc. over call its basic thing one they finish with your call they will told your we will get back to you asap. but they wont because they required overall process knowledge. If everyone has same knowledge about the process then they require the same package what there manager having in their org.
