Interview
Had a campus interview with two team members in Dec 2015. Was asked to go through 2 portfolio projects and was asked the regular design questions about my work. Prior to that, there was also a design exercise that we were expected to spend 2-3 hours on, on the day of the interview.
Casual and to-the-point interview. Two designers took the interview, through university placements. I was asked to speak about my projects and was asked related questions about my process and thinking. Nothing too different, the standard design interview.
