It is very relaxing. Have a look at the job description, which is sufficient to clear the interview. You receive a call from HR if your skill sets match. It is followed by a competitive-based interview and last the technical interview.

Why do you want to leave your previous organization?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Persistent Systems (Pune) in Nov 2014
Interview
Not lengthy process. Took a week for entire process. There were three one telephonic then face to face and finally HR round. Face to face was tough though. Need to prepare well as getting selected in Persistent is difficult as they are very specific.
