Poor recruitment process.
After 1st round, they were calling to schedule 2nd round for the past 3 days.
I gave them the slot and also informed them that I have another offer. They still went ahead and gave me a timing for the 2nd round. However, they called me back within a minute to say I was rejected in the 1st round.
Not sure why they wanted to schedule 2nd round if I was rejected in the 1st round.
The recruiter didn't have any clarity on what he was doing.

The whole team and process was great uptill L2 taken by "Avil" an architect at the organization from Observability domain. He has zero listening and negative understanding capability. In 10 years and 4 switches of my career this is the first time I am calling out an Interviewer and not an organisation.
