After 2nd round, I was closely following up with the HR but the client has not shared the feedback of the 2nd round even after 3 weeks and HR is still doing the follow up with client. 3rd Experience; Again another HR, another project. Had an initial discussion on the expected salary and she mentioned the project is having a budget as per my expectations. 2 rounds of interview happened in 2 weeks. Received a call from HR and she mentioned you are selected and will receive a call from the lead HR for further discussion of the joining date and offer. She also asked me not to look for another opportunity and you need to make sure you will be joining. No communication over the weekend and the same HR called me on Monday and told me that we are not having the budget, The project has 5lakh less budget than what I expected or initially discussed. Persistent HRs, can you please streamline the hiring process? 3 back to back bad instances with the same candidate! Means there is huge scope for the improvement. Stop giving false hope/commitments to the candidates, they need to spend valuable time for the interviews and least expectation is the timely and prompt feedback.
