Total 3 rounds: T1 - In my case I got the worst interviewer, no greeting anything just came and start asking questions I have given 90% answer correctly but he is doing something like googling and asking questions. Coding question he given snippet outside the class and asking to run code after writing. Very unprofessional person he is.

While the company initially responded positively, the subsequent communication has been consistently delayed, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. I have diligently followed up with the HR department, seeking clarity on the status of my request. However, the prolonged delays and lack of a definitive response have been disheartening. As a candidate, I believe it's crucial to receive timely feedback, whether positive or negative, as it allows for better decision-making and planning. It's disheartening to feel that the responsiveness of HR may favor those who withdraw at the last minute over candidates genuinely eager to contribute and diligently follow up. I am not interested anymore in this position and decided to decline if they respond.
