The position i have interviewed for is PM and I firmly believe HR is not upto the mark on transparent communication. Persistent has to normalize its PM hierarchy structure according to the market. Why? explained below;
- HR mentioned i am interviewing for PM and later mentioned it's for APM as your experience is less than 14 years.
- HR asked about the availability slots that they need to fill up the position immediately which I graciously accepted provided one on the same day and one in two days. Provided the same, to perform the interview with all profiles included is slightly overrated
- During the 1st round; the Interviewer asked about the program profile(agile) and which product may have marginal responsibilities. I am fine with how the interview went though.
- As above said and done, the feedback wasn't active and prompt as HR follows

The whole team and process was great uptill L2 taken by "Avil" an architect at the organization from Observability domain. He has zero listening and negative understanding capability. In 10 years and 4 switches of my career this is the first time I am calling out an Interviewer and not an organisation.

3 rd round - client round. 1 hour client took and then no updates from HR. Internal manager told that we are onboarding you but HR not picking calls.
