Interview
The use some hiring agency for Resume screening.
After shortlisting the candidates based on resume, there is a Telephonic Interview. This is just about 30 minute interview which check what kind of work you have done and will you be a fit for opening
After clearing telephonic interview, the call for In person interview in one of their offices. Usually there are 2 people interviewing you. Not a big panel. Also there is 1 interview for 1 hour or so. If required there will be one more round. In most cases for junior positions only 1 interview.
There is an HR interview after this.
On joining the company if the position you were interviewed for is closed for reason, you have to go for fitment interview in other project teams that have open positions. This is facilitaed by their internal staffing team.

It was very missed behave by hr saying I won't let anyone hr from persistent to gave you any call... And I will never let you in to this company . But the mistake was with hr she arrange meetings with wrong mail id and sent it to it but scold me for not receiving meeting invites
For QA, first there is a technical round where in they ask questions on coding and scripting.
If this round is cleared then there is a second round where in they ask about pure functional testing.
And at last there is a managerial interview.
