It all started with one coding round. Given one algorithm on combinations and other on sliding window. I am able to clear it. In next round there is a technical discussion where he asked the questions only he knows. He expected the answers also in the way he knows. It is a bad experience and feel regret to wasting the time when his intention is to reject the candidate.

I attended two technical interview rounds for the OutSystems Developer role about a month ago and was informed that I had cleared both rounds. After that, I was told they would consult with the Delivery Manager and update me on the next steps. Since I didn’t receive any communication, I followed up after few days and was informed that the position is currently on hold.
