Interview
There total 2 technical round of 1 hr each, followed by hr round.
Initial round will be taken by jr developer that's just to screen your profile matches current role , some technical questions related to project and other relevant technology.
Senior developer in second round ask more detailed questions, practical problem solving, coding test to test hands on and logical questions solving abilities.
I had to go through 2 rounds of technical and 1 round of HR interviews. After selection, there’ll be a client round technical interview as well in most cases. The difficulty level totally deoends on the interviewer.

There were two rounds of interview.
Basic ruby, rails and sql questions , coding problems, I was asked to write SQL query and Active Record query as well. They were very polite even they helped me when I got stuck while answering.
