Interview
It takes two technical and one HR discussion round. First technical they focus on primary skills and second technical round they focus on project explanation with current skills. Interview level is average to difficult its depend on different teams.
I had to go through 2 rounds of technical and 1 round of HR interviews. After selection, there’ll be a client round technical interview as well in most cases. The difficulty level totally deoends on the interviewer.

There were two rounds of interview.
Basic ruby, rails and sql questions , coding problems, I was asked to write SQL query and Active Record query as well. They were very polite even they helped me when I got stuck while answering.
