They scheduled my interview for 9th May 2024 10:30 to 11:30 am. The recruiter called me and confirmed these time slots. As expected, I joined the call 10 mins earlier and kept on waiting for the interviewer, but no one joined. I checked for an update with the person who called me to schedule the interview, but they neither picked up the call, neither did anyone reply me on email. After 20 minutes, I left the interview expecting them to reply me on the reschedule request I initiated if they couldn't join this time to take the interview. Later that day also no one called me back or replied to my email.
Dear recruiters, if you do not want to conduct the interviews, don't conduct. Why waste someone's time by scheduling the interview and no interviewer joins, and the recruiters ghost themselves! Such is the hiring process these days. Had I got an offer from here, still I won't join such a company! They don't even value someone's time!
