I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Persistent Systems (Pune) in Oct 2015
Interview
Worst Interview Process. Management is very poor. It took 2 month for entire process to complete and that too we need to follow with HR for scheduling interview. HR is also very lazy and least bother about the person who has cleared interview. After conducting all round, still they will ask associate to give other interview which is out of process (Best fit interview and bla..bla). After doing that else well. You will have to follow with them for n times and then they will release offer with 5-10% increment to your last employer package.... That too they will mention that there is no point in discussing on negotiation as we have not received approval for higher package.
Guys please don't expect more than 10 % hike of your current package from this company...
All the Best!!! Even i know its not going to be at all best with persistence
