Round 1 - Interviewer not joined the call, after 5days they took 1st round. Round 2 - After selecting a first round, after following up with HR for 10 days, 2nd round scheduled where no one joined the call. (next day 2nd round done) Round 3 - After 3-4 days 3rd round scheduled where luckily panel joined the call and I'm selected for client round. Round 4 - Last round has been scheduled with client. As usual I joined the call before 15min and I waited for half an hour for HR to let me add in the meeting. I called several time to HR after 20 min and even I pinged her that i'm still in a lobby, please admit me in the meeting. What happened next... 1. Client reverted to the mail, they were waiting for candidate to join and candidate didn't joined the call, please schedule it for tomorrow same time. 2. After an hour, HR said she forgot that we were connected as she was in another task. 3. I requested her to reschedule the interview as client said he is available for tomorrow. Experience: After 3 rounds of interview, attending a calls and then came to know after sometime that panel is busy, taking almost a month for interview process, following up with HR several time, getting no response from HR and at last HR reverted after a month that position got full filled. I totally disappointed with this terrible behaviour of HR and company as they are not professional enough to understand and value candidates time, efforts & value.
