Interview was smooth and there were 2 rounds . But after joining I came to know that there is humongous work pressure and it was target based job like sales and marketing although designation was Talent Acquisition. Business Unit was always looking for immediate joiners whatever the skill and location. This is next to impossible job and still our team manager and senior managers forced us to achieve the targets which were impractical. It was inhumane and depressive.
