As a growing product design team at a growth-stage startup, we’ve interviewed hundreds of candidates over the past year for our product design, user research and content strategy roles. I have given Interview with persistency twice.
First Time: 2 tech round (mostly basic) then hr then long wait no reply to mail
Second Time: 1 tech round,then hr then again long wait no reply no mail
They are highly unprofessional , they just do time pass with canadidates.They wont give straigh forward answer.
