Persistent Systems Technical Architect interview questions

Questionable on integrity, honesty, and disclosure. Started interview with camera not working, they would not proceed with the interview unless they could "see" me. Yet, they had their cameras turned off...(very odd). Once I had my camera turned on, they immediately took a "picture" of me (without asking my permission). Gave no explanation or disclosure of what they were going to use my picture for. Company previously wanted my birthdate and last digits of SSN before signing any disclosure or contractual agreement. Mind you, I'm interviewing for a security position, I don't hand out my personal identify information (PII) let alone my personal health information (PHI). This is common practice. I don't see how companies can treat an interview differently from 'remote' versus 'onsite'. That would be a big red flag if someone wanted to take a picture of you before starting an interview in person. If this is how they treat outsiders, I would hate to see what they do with their employees....No thanks!

The interview process includes L1 and L2 rounds of interview, followed by HR Round of interview. In some circumstances, it is also possible that the candidate might have to go through a customer round of interview and BGV process if required.
